  3. Add 2 tbsp of butter and a glug of evo and when butter is melted add garlic, shallots and crushed red pepper on low heat until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the wine and juice of the lemon and simmer until wine reduces.
  4. Drop you pasta now.
  5. Add a tbsp of parsley and the last 2 tbsp of butter and turn the heat to low until the butter has melted and sauce is thick, add the shrimp and toss and set off the heat
  6. Once the pasta is ready pull it directly out of the pot and into the pan so you get some of the salty starchy pasta water and toss well over high heat for about a minute. Serve with additional parsley for color and some Parmesan.
